Refunds and Exchanges
We want to see you happy and satisfied with your purchase as we know you have made an informed and conscious decision.
Please note that all our products are handcrafted and may have small imperfections such as minor color differences, print positions, and fabric consistency, making every piece unique and will not be considered a defect.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase's fit or feel, you have 48 hours from the time of receiving the item to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds and exchanges are possible for our clothing and stationery products; however, our jewelry cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Please note that any customized garments cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges and returns on all full-price merchandise will be at the shipping cost of the purchaser.
All sale items will be a final sale.
Kindly ensure the returned products are clean, unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging(if any). Please be aware of deodorant and make-up marks when trying on clothes as we will be unable to refund your payment if any stains are on the fabric. If any items are not in a re-saleable condition, we will be returning them to you. We want to ensure our products find good homes and reduce unnecessary waste as much as we can.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to each item returned for full refund. As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources. The restocking fee contributes to processing orders and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.
There is no restocking fee if a customer chooses store credit or an exchange for a full price item.
If you’d like to exchange your item, please drop us an email before sending it back to us. We will try our best to find you the right replacement. Please note we only carry limited stock. Hence we might not be able to give you the correct replacement; however, we will try our best to place a pre-order for the same item or find the best alternative. All our designers refrain from mass production; hence the stocks are limited.
How to return or exchange
- Drop us an email at email@example.com with the subject as Return or Exchange to let us know that you'll be returning an item within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will first authorize the return or exchange before you send the product back to us. Without authorization, we will not process any refunds or exchanges.
- Pack your garment in the original mailer, which has a double seal and is re-usable. (We request you, please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible to minimize waste) Please ensure that the parcel seal is secure.
- You must return the product to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the return authorization via email.
- As we can only take responsibility for the product once it's in our care, we suggest getting a proof of purchase and shipment receipt with tracking details.
- Once we receive and inspect the package, you can expect to receive a refund within 2-3 weeks of sending it back to us; however, we will try our best to do this sooner.
- We do not accept COD deliveries.
Please note we do not accept the cancelation of pre-orders after 24 hours of order placement. We start the production as soon as we receive them to maintain the promised delivery time. However, except for customized orders, you may refund or exchange a pre-order item after receiving it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
If you have received a wrong item that does not match your order, we apologize for the mix-up. Please contact us immediately so that we can help you with the correct item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as jewelry, hair accessories, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
